Dental Insurance

We are in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans and are happy to help you understand and maximize your available benefits. Our team can verify your coverage, provide an estimate of your expected out-of-pocket cost, and submit claims on your behalf.

We also accept Virginia Cardinal Care Smiles (Medicaid) for eligible patients.

Because dental insurance benefits vary by plan, coverage estimates are not a guarantee of payment. Your insurance carrier makes the final determination of benefits after a claim is processed.

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless financing arrangements have been made.

If paying for treatment all at once is difficult, we also offer financing options that allow eligible patients to divide their treatment cost into smaller payments over time.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Endodontic appointments are reserved specifically for each patient. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Root Canal Payment Plans & Financing

We understand that the need for a root canal or other endodontic treatment can arise unexpectedly. If you would prefer not to pay your entire out-of-pocket cost at once, financing may allow you to proceed with necessary treatment while spreading the cost over time.

We offer both Cherry Payment Plans and CareCredit, with Cherry being the financing option most commonly used by our patients.

Cherry Payment Plans

Cherry allows eligible patients to divide the cost of root canal treatment, retreatment, endodontic surgery, and other services into manageable payment plans.

Checking your eligibility is quick and uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. You do not necessarily need excellent credit to qualify, and Cherry considers applicants across a wide range of credit profiles.

Depending on eligibility and the amount financed, patients may have access to different payment terms, including qualifying 0% APR options.

We also accept CareCredit for patients who prefer to use their existing CareCredit account or apply for financing through CareCredit.

Our team can help you understand which financing options are available for your treatment, but all approvals and financing terms are determined by the individual financing provider.
